To place an order, we require payment of 50% of the quotation. The balance is payable on collection from our warehouses or before shipment to your home address. In the case of a stock order, 100% payment will be required before collection from our warehouse or before shipment to your home address.
The quotation, as well as our terms, conditions of sale and warranty policy shall be deemed to be accepted upon receipt of the corresponding part of the payment.
No revocation of a personalised order will be accepted more than three days after acceptance of the quotation.
In the event of receiving damaged goods, it will be essential to follow the return instructions of our shipping company or any subsequent claim will not be accepted. Please note that carriers have time limits on when a claim can be made.
It is very important to check the goods promptly upon receipt and note any damage on the carrier’s delivery note.
Due to the handmade, one-to-one nature of our products, customers should expect slight variations in sizes, colours, designs and finishes on all our products.
Space measurements and quantities are the responsibility of the customer, Demosaica is not responsible for errors in quantity, size or colour.
Warranty Policy
Demosaica’s warranty covers material manufacturing defects.
Any product showing a manufacturing defect will be replaced as soon as possible, bearing in mind that it will be necessary to wait again for the manufacturing process. Claims of this type must be made prior to the start of fitting or use.
Under no circumstances is financial responsibility assumed beyond the selling price of the materials.
The warranty does not cover cracking or breakage under normal conditions of use.
